Local Government Association features Permission to Smile case study

The Local Government Association is sharing what the Permission to Smile campaign has achieved in Birmingham with all UK councils, via a case study on its website. The case study, agreed by Birmingham City Council, explains the thinking behind the campaign, the partnership we formed, what we did, how it worked, how it gained local ‘legs’ through the Tea Party initiative, and the growing evidence of its impact.
