Wesley Hill URC church hosted a Permission to Smile Tea Party, with seven local streets invited. About 50 local people came and five new Street Associations are to be taken forward as a result. Said local minister Leonora Jagessar, “We were very pleased with the response and the presentation of the Permission to Smile initiative was very clear, encouraging and inspiring”. The campaign is gearing up to supporting other local organisations to put on a Permission to Smile Tea Party, which can transform a neighbourhood!
